Our Automated Fish Sorting System is designed to revolutionize the aquaculture industry by providing an efficient, accurate, and reliable method for sorting fish by size.
Using advanced computer vision technology and precision engineering, our system can classify fish into three size categories: Small, Medium, and Large. This automation helps fish farmers optimize their operations, reduce labor costs, and improve overall productivity.
The system currently supports three common fish types in the Philippines: Hito (Catfish), Tilapia, and Bangus (Milkfish), with plans to expand to more varieties in the future.
How It Works
1. Fish are placed into the input conveyor system.
2. Our computer vision system captures images of each fish.
3. The AI algorithm analyzes and classifies the fish by size.
4. Mechanical sorters direct each fish to the appropriate collection bin.
5. Data is recorded and transmitted to our cloud database.
6. Results are displayed in real-time on this dashboard.
Hardware Integration
Our system uses Arduino-based sensors and controllers to manage the physical sorting process. These components are designed for durability in wet environments and can handle high volumes of fish.
Firebase Realtime Database
All sorting data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database, providing instant updates and reliable storage. This cloud-based solution ensures your data is accessible from anywhere and protected with enterprise-grade security.
Web Dashboard
This WordPress-based dashboard provides a user-friendly interface to monitor your sorting operations, view analytics, and control the system. Custom-built plugins connect WordPress to your Firebase database for seamless integration.
